LIABILITY.- The tour operator, Days Vacations México with the national tourist register Nbr. 4001208 its associated campanies, agents, representatives act only as agents or the owners and operators of transportation, accommodations, services and facilities, and its/their responsability is limited to that of an agent and, therefore, we are not to be held responsible for any losses, damages (including subsequent damages), additional expenses caused by delay or other changes in transportation or by sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or other causes. Passengers missing a flight or tour must at their own expense transport themselves to the next point of the trip. Days Vacations Mexico, assumes no liability due to thelft, bodily harm, illness or death to any passenger. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time the passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passage contract (wen iussed) shall constitute the sale contract between the airlines and the purcharser of these tours and/or the passenger. NO RESPONSABILITY.- Days Vacations México, is acting as intermediary or agent for independent suppliers in selling services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services wich are not directly supplied by this tour operator (such as air carriage, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, cruises, etc). This tour operator shall not be responsible for misrepresentations, breach of contract or any intentional, careles, or negligent actions or omissions on the part of suppliers, wich ressult in injury, accident, death, damages, losses, costs, expenses, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, unfulfilled expectations, upset, disapoiment, distress, or frustation wether physical or mental, as a result of, or in connection with: 1) any delays, or changes in schedules or itineraries; 2) The act or omissions of any party, other than Days Vacations México or it´s employees; 3) monetary crises, political or social unrest, labor problems, economic changes, mechanical maintenance or construction dificulties, climatic aberration, local laws, diseases, novel or unexpected conditions; 4) absence of travel documents, passaports, visas and healt certificates where required, in wich case customer may be assessed cancellation charges; 5) customer´s failure to follow instruccions including but not limited to check-in and check-out times and baggage handling; 6) cancellation or change for any reason in the travel services offered; 7) customer´s medical or health problems or physical disabilities.

Days Vacations México, is not responsible for providing special facilities or services to those with medical or healt problems or physical disabilities , reserves the right to cancel or alter the tour services at its discretion. In the event of changes of complete cancellation. liability will be limited to refund all monies paid. No agent, employee or representative of (or any person whose services are used by Days Vacations ) has the authority to after, modify or waive any of the provisions herein. Their payment for a reservation of the trip shall constitute consent to all provisions in the conditions. List as published in the tour brochure.
